After booking your initial assessment, if you would like to pre-book one or two follow-up appointments, please feel free to do so. Acute concerns are typically seen weekly, while non-acute concerns are usually booked every two to three weeks. Appointments can always be adjusted by one of our Admin team following your assessment and treatment.

ICBC/WorkSafeBC - Please call the clinic to book. We’ll need to confirm your claim details to ensure you’re not charged for the appointment.

In the What is the reason for your visit? section, please indicate your injury or area of concern and any additional information you feel is pertinent to your care, i.e.. recent imaging completed, recent/upcoming surgery details.

After booking you will be prompted to complete our short intake form. Please ensure this form is completed prior to your appointment.

Please note: We kindly ask for at least 24-hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24-hours’ notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Missed appointments will be charged the full appointment fee.

We understand that life happens and unexpected situations occur. In the event of an emergency exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We strongly urge you to make use of the appointment reminders; they’re a great way to stay organized and support the success of your treatment.
